Canoe Returns & Exchanges

We design Canoe footwear to last. If the fit isn’t right, we’re happy to help.

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges, subject to availability.

  • email info@canoefootwear.com with your order number and size request and we'll send you a return label

  • If the requested size is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.

  • Canoe covers shipping for the replacement pair

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unworn shoes in original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • A maximum of two returns per household applies.

  • Returns not completed within 60 days of purchase are not eligible for a refund.

  • The Wool Mule is not eligible for return.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original packaging

  • With all original tags and labels attached

Items that show signs of wear will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within five business days and issued to the original form of payment.

To initiate a return or exchange, email info@canoefootwear.com with your order number and request. Our team will provide next steps.

Additional Notes

Returns received outside the stated window or not meeting the conditions above may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense. Canoe reserves the right to limit or refuse returns in cases of repeated misuse.
