Canoe Return Policy

At Canoe, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your shoes, we are here to help. Below are the details of our return policy:

1. Free Returns Within 30 Days of Purchase

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
  • Returns initiated within this period will be processed free of charge.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • Shoes must be unused and in sellable condition.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original packaging, including all tags and labels.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer service team via email at info@canoefootwear.com to request a return authorization.
  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and any additional details that may help us process your return more efficiently.
  • Once your return is authorized, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email.

4. Packing and Shipping Your Return

  • Pack the shoes securely in their original packaging, ensuring that all tags and labels are intact.
  • Attach the prepaid return shipping label an outer box.
  • Drop off the package at the nearest shipping carrier location as instructed in the return authorization email.

5. Processing Your Return

  • Once we receive your returned shoes, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the conditions outlined above.
  • If the shoes are in unused and sellable condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
  • For refunds, the amount will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • For exchanges, once the return is approved, we will process the exchange and ship the new size to you. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed and your exchange or refund has been issued.

6. Exchanges

  • We do offer exchanges for a different size if you prefer. You can initiate an exchange by following the return process.
  • Indicate your desired size in the return authorization request, and we will process the exchange once the returned shoes have been inspected and approved.
  • Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired size is unavailable, you will be issued a refund.

7. Exceptions

  • Shoes that show signs of wear or are not in sellable condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • If your return is received outside the 30-day return window, it may not be accepted, and the shoes may be sent back to you.
