Canoe Footwear Guarantee

At Canoe, we take pride in designing footwear that blends premium craftsmanship with responsible materials. We stand behind every pair we make, and your satisfaction matters to us.

Our Guarantee

• All Canoe footwear is guaranteed for 6 months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship.

• We also offer a fit assurance: if your footwear doesn’t feel right in size, you’re welcome to return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase — provided the shoes are in new, unworn condition.

Your Options
If your shoes qualify under our guarantee, you may choose:

• A replacement pair (subject to size availability), or

• A full refund to your original payment method.

How It Works

1. Contact us at info@canoefootwear.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

2. We’ll provide a prepaid return label so you can send the shoes back at no cost to you.

3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or send out your replacement pair.

Sustainability Commitment
Returned footwear that cannot be resold will be responsibly repurposed or recycled whenever possible, in line with our commitment to minimizing waste.
